Automation and quality
At Morvarid Talesh Caviar, we are dedicated to producing premium sturgeon caviar through advanced technologies and responsible aquaculture practices. Our controlled farming environment supports optimal fish health and ensures a sustainable, environmentally friendly product. All feed is composed of top-grade, hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and GMO-free ingredients, enabling us to consistently meet strict international quality standards.
We cultivate our newly hatched broodfish in pure spring water to ensure the highest possible quality, and once they grow, they are transferred to ponds that operate using seawater.
We operate 100 ponds in our farm and are expanding further for the future, while fully following all required standards.
We use specialized pumps to bring seawater into our ponds, and all these operations are conducted under the supervision of DOE (The Department of Environment of Iran), ensuring full compliance with eco-friendly practices. Water temperatures are monitored continuously, and appropriate levels are adjusted throughout the different seasons to ensure optimal sturgeon growth and ultimately the highest caviar quality.
Full technological cycle
A key advantage of our company is our full technological cycle—from broodstock selection to the final caviar product.
Superior broodstock is carefully selected, and high-quality eggs are produced using advanced breeding techniques before being incubated in our specialized hatchery.
The fry is raised in pure artesian water that undergoes additional filtration to maintain optimal quality. We employ a modern Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) to precisely control oxygen levels, temperature, and other essential parameters.
Sophisticated automation and monitoring systems ensure strict quality control at every stage of production, from fish rearing to harvesting, packaging, and distribution.
All processes, including laboratory testing, ultrasound examinations, extraction, and processing, are fully completed within our farm.
Veterinary, sanitary and laboratory
Our accredited in-house laboratory is equipped with advanced technology to perform physicochemical and microbiological tests in accordance with ISIRI standards.
Every batch of raw materials, containers, and finished products undergoes stringent veterinary and sanitary inspections. Through continuous scientific investment and rigorous safety monitoring, we guarantee the purity and reliability of all our sturgeon products
Premium caviar
Following harvest, the caviar is processed with meticulous care.
Eggs are gently separated, thoroughly washed, and lightly salted to enhance their natural flavor. They are then graded by size, color, and texture to ensure consistency and excellence.
The light coloration of our caviar results from the use of natural seawater and fully controlled, standardized conditions.
The caviar is packed in airtight jars or tins designed to protect it from light, air, and moisture, with clear labeling of processing dates and product details.
Stored at the ideal temperature of –2°C to +2°C, the caviar retains its refined taste and delicate texture, offering an exceptional experience for discerning connoisseurs.
